Was very pleased with the service received at Embers Fireplaces and More in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They have some really good deals and promotions on new fireplaces, barb-q's, grills, stoves, furnaces and other great home renovations furnishings in Winnipeg. I liked the price that Penguin was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Now new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied.
