HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! This is the second time in 6 months that my hubby and I have used this repair shop. They fixed my fender bender beautifully and with only slight delays for parts because of covid. My hubby just had a collision and I highly recommended Inkster CarStar . He is very pleased with the staff and the great repair job they did on his car. They fixed my spine,herniated discs and nerve damage. When I arrived the receptionist applied heat to my back after consulting the physiotherapist. They communicate with each other very well and their main focus and concern is the well being of the patient (me). The way she asset the damage I did to myself was amazing by getting me to do very basic stretches or things as simple as lifting your leg, the therapist was very thoughtful and caring, actually all the staff at Darcybain are Amazing.
