Kirkwood Elevators is an excellent company to deal with. I recommend phoning them even if you are not local to their area, as in my case they were willing to travel hundreds of kilometres each way to install my lift, and were still able to match local prices.
Patient Professional Responsive Knowledgeable Pleasant are some of the words I’d use to describe them.

I took my non-functioning phone in today after spending hours trying to restore it myself. A very helpful gal worked on it while I enjoyed a coffee at Starbucks. When I went to pick up the phone, (which has worked perfectly since), she charged me nothing. So appreciative of the excellent customer service.
