Excellent service by professionals that know how to repair Medical Lift Chairs. Luke also suggested and installed a heightened, toilet commode. "Luke" comes to Oliver, BC once a week, they do not charge extra for travel. Luke is knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. He is a first rate! professional. I tried another medical supply from Penticton that charged extra to travel and didn't have the knowledge needed to repair Medical Lift Chairs. You won't go wrong with Valley Medical Supply.Sylvia

I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful

While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Can't recommend this company and Lou and Kevin highly enough! I had a vehicle mishap today that required 2 tow trucks and a technical recovery. It was a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). Excellent service!

Louis and his team work so hard at everything they do.Louis is a busy guy, but he will give you the time of day to explain what needs to happen now, or later and makes sure you actually understand the process. He even came in on a Saturday morning on his day off to convience me and my family
