As a follow-up to my previous post, I was able to get in contact with a representative of Andrew Agencies in early 2017. We were able to come to a reasonable settlement and the matter is now resolved. Furthermore, from my understanding the broker that misled me at Andrew Agencies was let go, and a complaint against him was successful with the Insurance Council of Manitoba. In conclusion, I wish Andrew Agencies the best and am appreciative of the steps they have taken to rectify the situation.

I had a big roll over accident and Henning from Dr Hook helped me get out of the car and sheltered me in his tow truck as we waited for the ambulance to come. We were travelling from Regina to Winnipeg on a Friday afternoon for a tournament Saturday when our vehicle broke down outside Brandon. The mechanics, and the owner himeself, stayed until after midnight to help us make it to Winnipeg. They were lifesavers, saving us from missing the tournament. Amazing service, amazingly friendly. Can't reccomend them enough! Truly fantastic
