I only expected the shop to fix what the insurance asked them to fix but when I got the car back I know they did more than what my insurance asked for. The did not try to use mechanical terms and made my time being there easier and thanks for the fine result.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was having some serious issues trying to find the right wheel and tire for my camper van. Allan didn't stop until we got it right. Even after an exchange they got the correct wheels and tires for me. All super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market

Had good and bad experiences here. When I first bought my iphone the lady that was handling the set up was very unprofessional, and treated the new phone like it was hers, touching and leaning on the box. Went in again today to transfer my moms phone to my old iphone and Andy the associate was very courteous and professional, did everything that had to be done. Thanks Andy
