I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. rooms are clean and beds not too soft. the staff were excellent in addressing a noisy dog problem. We'll be back.

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

Lots of options for the kids to have fun, in a safe environment. Seating for eating outside of the movie, before & after. Kids love the arcade. Great seating & sound within the theatre itself. Clean washrooms. Courteous staff. It would be nice to have an indoor play-gym, climbing walls, a foam/ball pit, or a climbing maze. Something for all day entertainment for all ages of kids, but especially the youth & teenagers.
