My furnace motor went the other day, and I called Dyand Mechanical as they had originally installed the furnace. They had someone out and the motor replaced, within a couple hours of me calling them. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family in the future.

The technician from Canadian Climate Control was professional and thorough and was able to fix my heat pump in a single visit. They even found things that a different service company did not find and could not fix. Their rates were also extremely reasonable and the total invoice was almost half of what other companies have charged. I would highly recommend Canadian Climate Control Services and would definitely use them again!

Every experience I had from Modern Power Vac was a great one. When I first called into the office to make the appointment, the woman I talked to on the phone was very informative and answered all the questions I had adequately. When the technician showed up at my home, he was also very informative. He explained what the total cost would be and how the cleaning would be done prior to me committing to anything. He then took a good couple of hours to complete the whole home duct cleaning.
I called Modern Power Vac because I had completed some renos in my home and now after the cleaning has been completed, there is no residual dust at all! I will be definitely calling them in the future, not just after completing renos!

Had them come and replace the blower fan in my furnace. For a chain these guys are pretty good. Showed up on time, the technician was very knowledgeable. Their markup on parts is quite high but I was very happy with the service otherwise.

I have been calling every heating company that I could find to come and fix my furnace as I have no heat and small children.
