As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.

John was amazing and very transparent in regards to what needed to be done and was very honest! He was very welcoming and very patient; which of course my dad and I really appreciated especially since my dad doesn’t speak English well and I have little to no knowledge of Diesel engines! I thought appraiser was friendly, and as I had issues w/ a previous body shop and seeing as my insurer trusted First Canadian i thought to leave it w/ them. I couldn't have hoped for more. I needed my front fender and hood fixed and they did a fantastic job. It not only looks good as new, but they finished it w/in schedule (amazing, I know)! :)
