Jackie Brown was great. She was quick, answered all of our questions, and offered advice about how we could save money now and in the future. She was very informative on the phone when we called before we went in. She was very friendly and offered to help us with contacting ICBC to see why our insurance payments were higher than the last year that we insured our motor cycle. Wow! That's all I can say after my first visit to the Victoria store; wow! I was a little over whelmed when I walked into the store but I was greeted by a nice young man named Neil who helped me out the whole way.
