Got a call from them stating that my warranty was about to expire and as a service they provide, they would send my hearing aids to the manufacturer to get a full service! Dr. Huynh is not only a great dentist, but an even better person. Personally follows up with phone calls after major procedures and is incredible personable while you're in the office. You don't feel like just another person in the chair and you can tell he and his staff truly care about the patients. The entire staff is amazing and friendly, making the whole experience of "the dentist" as easy as can be. I should've switched dentists to him YEARS ago! Thank you!

Don’s quotes are literally 2/5-1/2 price of his competitors in Greater Victoria. I’ve asked Don many times, did you make an error on my bill?

Amazing, amazing place!! I've never been to to a more thorough, kind and professional dental office. All the staff here are phenomenal, wonderful people. As someone who is typically very nervous and hates going to the dentist, they each went above and beyond to make it a comfortable, painless and relaxed experience. Every treatment they've done or planned to do was explained very well and never once felt pushy or unnecessary. I really can't say enough good things about them. :)

Professional, very knowledgeable, but mostly kind and pleasant to deal with. Had a few cassette tapes to be transferred to a CD. They invited me into the recording room and let me sit and listen to all my tapes for almost two hours. Then the owner edited the music and transferred it right away onto a CD. Also, they charge a very reasonable price. Thank you! You did an amazing job on the CD! ***** Highly recommend this business!

A new loyal customer!! Twice I have gone to Jiffy Lube. Both times two different gentlemen said that even though that dates were right on my reminder sticker , it was not time as I had not driven it around enough. All looked good and all I needed was a top up. Each time I left paying for just that. They could have charged me the full deal twice, I would be none the wiser. That honesty has me as a loyal customer! Highly recommend!!
