Good customer service doesn't begin to cover it. For many years we have been renting storage spaces at different locations and we never received a service like the one we got at MODULAR storage systems on Marion street. We have been impressed with Nickie and Virginia's courtesy, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was complicated, everything was possible (we changed our moving dates a few times) and they were helpful.
The storage is clean and security is great.

Brought my instrument cluster to them and was repaired in a couple of hours, reasonable price and has worked great ever since. 2005 F250 cluster acting crazy, lights on, 4x4 light on, ABS light on etc. completely repaired. Very professional guy !!!

Our large motorhome needed to be checked over on a chassis basis. They did a complete check-over as it had not been done for a number of years. They gave me the honest truth about its condition, what was needed to be replaced/repaired, but also didnt try and sell me a bunch of stuff that wasnt needed. For example, they looked at the tires and said they were still good.
Another key thing for me was storing it until I could pick it up. They have room for these huge vehicles.

I started going there around 4 months ago and I fell in love with the space, the girls and the services. The girls are super nice, the owner is a sweetheart, they always have a smile in their faces. I go there to get facial done, a lymphatic massage from heaven, laser hair removal (so practical and painless) and much more. I recommend this place to everyone that I know. When they came to pack on a Saturday, they did an excellent packing job and then returned on Monday to move it all.
The move went really smoothly. They showed up on time, it took the amount of time they estimated, nothing got broken, the movers were really good about moving furniture to where my mom wanted it, one of the movers took a lot of care to get my mom's bed set up, etc. Thanks Guys
