Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! The Brick in Castlegar is an amazing store for the Kootenays it has all the same furniture as the big city stores do. Many new styles I had never seen before, post modern styles are pretty cool. Great staff never pushy. Had a great delivery of my genuine leather sectional.

The service is fine in the bank, it's the lack of parking around this bank that's a nightmare. Driving around and around 20 -30 times just to get a spot is crazy. If your lucky you can find a spot with a 10 to 15 minute walk, but then by the time you get your business done, you may have a parking ticket, as the meters are only for 15 minutes intervils. I am sure I'm not the only person out there that finds this frustrating.
