Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! Extremely clean and well maintained laundromat.
I am a regular customer for over ten years. I meet people that come all the way from Cambridge, Burlington and Hamilton and we all agree that the new owner does the fabulous job. The place is spotless and the washers and dryers are very well maintained. I highly recommend it, it's the nicest laundromat I've ever been to.

Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work.
