Amazing cars at great prices. Visited their shop about 2 days ago to look at a car I was interested in. Everyone else was either charging waaaay to much or had hidden damages they repaired themselves. These guys showed me eveything from carfax to even where they buy the car from and even what it looked like when they bought it. The team at this dealership had the car at the sweet spot that I couldn’t even haggle with them. Hands down the best dealership I’ve dealt with in a very long time.

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! Just bought a great BMW 528i from Downsview Place Auto Group. Low mileage, great price. They did the safety themselves at a little extra. And a 4-yr extended warranty. I can't say enough good things about this place. I was having some serious issues trying to find the right wheel and tire for my camper van. Allan didn't stop until we got it right. Even after an exchange they got the correct wheels and tires for me. All super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.
