I've used a variety of Sherrie's 'Simply Helpful' services over the last several months. She has helped us with everything from organizing and prepping to move to getting set up in our new home. Been bringing both of my small dogs to PetSmart on William Kitchen Drive for a couple of years now. I find the service to be excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The best thing of all is that my dogs do not seem to mind visiting them for their grooming!

Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

I called Doyle with a sewage pump issue and I ended up having them fix a pipe under my kitchen sink & having them replace a pressure tank and pressure pump that was sounding like it was on it's last legs. The men were very knowledgeable & were very helpful with cleaning up the pipes in the room where the pressure tank was.
They were very tidy *& polite & will always call Doyle for future plumbing issues. I also like when they have someone call you before showing up. Excellent service

Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.
