I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Raj is a great guy to deal with. He gave us honest professional advice about what needed cleaning and what didn't and he provided a discount where he could. Our couch has a difficult fabric to clean, but Raj went the extra mile and didn't charge us for it.
