I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

Wanted some advice on my Makita 9005B and rather than just charge for a review I recived excellent advice on a faulty supply chord which I was able to repair myself at no cost. The teams at ReBalance MD have all been extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout 2013-2018, and 4 surgeries on my right knee. for over 7 yrs and a few days ago my truck died on the side of bay st. they towed it in and had a price by the next day to repair. fast and caring. great service thanks guys.
