Steve went over and beyond in Dealing with the Insurance Co. as we had just purchased our 2014 Mustang and it was still under the 3 month Warrantee! after several attempts! several phone calls! and Steves persistence in dealing with the insurance company he managed to get us what we needed. I purchased a demo from the shop and the bike mechanics did an excellent job adjusting the geometry. I’m pretty finicky and came back to ask for a different handlebar width and they switched it out without charging me. Good mechanics and great service.

The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.
By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.

Absolutely amazing customer service, would not go to any other Rogers store. I tell everyone to go to this location, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always trying to give the best deal possible. They really know how to treat a customer.
