This location has friendly staff and go out of my way to shop at this store. The FREE tool rental is a big reason I shop here and the staff are definately knowledgable in regards to helping you troubleshoot a problem u may have. Thanks so much. Great location staff makes me smile all the time super nice people. Love the 24hour access and security. Highly recommend but they are full most of the time. So plan ahead they have 2 stores in Burlington but this is the one i wanted even if i had to wait ,other location had lots of units available

I went into this UPS store the other day in order to have numerous colour pictures copied and enlarged. The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable and fulfilled my service needs quickly and efficiently. My new copies are indeed beautiful and my family members will be delighted with the results! My overall experience at this store was pleasant, the owner was friendly and I am certainly encouraged to utilize his services again in the future.

We had our water heater break and start leaking in the basement. We called this tankless company and they had a guy out to give us a quote within a few hours. We decided to go ahead with the installation and they prioritized us as we had no hot water. Within 36 hours we had a new tankless water heater installed. We have only been using the system for a few weeks now but it seem the exact same as the old water heater. We have yet to receive a gas bill so cant comment on energy savings yet.
