I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

Adam made it a breeze, form helping select the vanity to all the accessories we purchased for the bathroom. I highly recommend Zabi, who is absolutely amazing! He explained that my back knee actually originated from my overpronation. He takes the time to explains what he is doing. I have been to places in the past that push their products on you but Zabi did not push the grandma looking shoes in the clinic for me. In fact, he even recommended particular styles of Nike and Adidas. Definitely a cool doctor! I’ve been wearing my orthotics for 6 months, and have noticed a difference!

I was scrambling when we got short notice to move my Mom from a Seniors’ Assisted Living Home into Long Term Care.Thankfully Move Seniors Lovingly’s name jumped out at me during a frantic google search. They were fabulous! From the packer to the movers, they were professional, respectful and compassionate. I was able to be with my Mom during transport and intake while they set up her new room. Recently picked up wall stones and patio stones, I was blown away with the service. Alex in the office was very helpful; he calculated all of my material and gave great design suggestions. Everything so far had been spot on! I now have a great looking patio and garden. I would highly recommend Toemar if you are a home owner or do it your-selfer. Good old Home Hardware; our microwave died since everything was closed due to one of our lockdowns we decided to borrow my Sister-in-law spare microwave. Then the cord was too short. I tried the big box curb-side previously and it took 2 1/2 days. I didn’t want to go through that again. Then I thought of your store at 2151 Danforth, it was a great experience. The cord I needed was, indeed in hand when we arrived.! These days this kind of customer service will make business thrive THEY CARE!

Gyros is an awesome facility and their staff are amazing as well. I put my daughter here so that she could learn her required tumbling for cheerleading and have had nothing but success. There are a lot if kids in the gym but they all have space to move around and the class sizes are great. I would absolutley reccomend Gyros to anyone looking for tumbling.
