Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. I walked in to Sami and Co. Hair and was pleasantly greeted by Rose, Sami and Co.'s new receptionist. I was offered tea or coffee on the house. I saw Shadi the owner of the salon for my colour and cut. The colour came out bold and beautiful. Shadi entertained me with a witty charm, I basically laughed the whole way through. In most salons I always feel like people are trying to sell me things, I didn't feel this way at all. I will be happy to return here for my next appointment. Lire plus
