Dylan of Mr. Rooter responded to our Service call to assess our Gas Hot Water Heater, because of its age, was replaced so as our Pressure Valve, Unclog our kitchen sink and trouble shoot our Carburetor.
Dylan is so professional in dealing with us, he has solved our problems very efficiency, and has done a fantastic job, not to mention all the “ maintenance tips” ” that he has given us.
For any of our future Plumbing needs, I will definitely call Mr Rooter Plumbing again & ask for Dylan!

Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. They always do their best to provide me with as many options as possible, in order to keep my kitties healthy and comfortable. The veterinary assistants and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would easily recommend Valley Veterinary services to anyone who cares about their animals!

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. I called on a Monday morning at around 9am and they promise to be at my home by noon, they were at the house by 1145!!!!! Russ was very professional and worked very quickly. He noticed a couple of small issues with my garage door and repaired them as well. I appreciated the quick, professional and thorough service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
