I was looking for a new mechanic and after reading excellent reviews on Chris's Garage I decided to take my vehicle to them. His shop is clean and organized, nice little waiting room. Very honest, reasonable and a nice man. He went above and beyond to help me out. I am so happy and thankful I have found him. I am so impressed with George and his business I would give him 10 Stars. I highly recommend him.

Jamie and Shawn and staff treat customers just like family. They are courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, professional and work hard in a timely manner to please their customers. They also do not perform unnecessary work on your car. They also will let you know if a technician notices something unrelated to your immediate reason for maintenance.

I have been bringing my vehicles to this business for almost 10 years. Tony is an honest and respectful businessman and his mechanics are great at what they are doing. What I like best is that they have never let me down or tried to oversell me on unnecessary repairs. Service is always friendly and they have great price. I would send my friends and family here for repairs. Best mechanic in Hamilton, bar none.

I went to the Ottawa Street store based on favourable reviews to replace a camera that quit. Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I got a camera that was perfectly suited to my needs. All round good experience and no aggressive upsell.... just great customer service. My new default camera place!

My husband and I have lived at Caroline Place for just over 6 years now. In fact we are now the longest permanent residents living here. Although I've not had experience with a lot of Retirement Residences I can't imagine finding one any better. I truly cannot think of a negative thing to say. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting. Leaking refrigerator. RTC rep diagnosed likeliest cause by phone, explained simple repair if I was handy, offered to come in person within 3 days. I was able to fix it and the blocked defrost tube is still working perfectly many days later
