Richard and his team were fantastic. Richard went above and beyond helping us, when we got in over our heads trying to clean up our property after a major wind storm brought multiple old growth trees down. And when it comes to using high-end construction machinery, Richard is a magician!

We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isnt easy when you cant be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. We did all of the selections over the phone, emails and text. The team was very accommodating to our needs. We are extremely pleased with the quality, timeline, service and price.

John and his crew are stupendous! Professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Those boys work hard to complete the task and don’t cut corners. Here’s the bottom line: these people do what they say they are going to do, come when they say they are coming, and do a great job at a fair price without trying to sell you anything you don’t need.
In addition they aare always happy to answer all my questions. They answer their phones right away or call back in minutes.
Mr Foster did an initial 30 minute phone consultation at no charge and I didn’t not feel rushed or pressured.
These people are professionals. I strongly recommend them.
