We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. We had a small problem upon delivery that was dealt with in minutes - so much better to deal with an independent retailer who can make things happen quickly.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

An old-fashioned business that can actually repair your small appliances instead of just replacing them. Real expertise like this is hard to find. The owner is very knowledgeable and could not be nicer.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

My refrigerator suddenly stopped operating, and I called Toronto Appliances Service asking for a repair consultation. Not only was my request last minute, it was also during the Easter long weekend and in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. They are very professional and very honest. I ask them to come
to my home to repair my Bosch dishwasher. After talked with them, they told me it is not my dishwashers problem and the problem is my drainage pipe. They told me how to fixed it and I did as they told me. The problem was solved and cost me zero penny.

Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well.
