Friendly professional office. Hadn't been to the dentist in years and was scared out of my mind! Every single staff member made me feel welcome and comfortable. Both Dr Sun and Dr Wang are so friendly and gentle and explained everything clearly to me. The office even dealt with all my insurance stuff so I didn't have to worry about it! The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. We hired Tim and Crew to put an addition on our cottage. We were a little worried at first because they had to live in the cottage during the construction. We had nothing to worry about! When we arrived to inspect the job, the cottage was cleaner then we had ever seen it.
The job was amazing! We are so happy!
The workmanship was excellent, the budget was accurate and they even added a few things.
This job required attaching a new building to an old one. Many elements ... all done well!
