This is the second time over a number of years that I have had to bring in my vehicle for repair. The work is alway excellent. But be prepared to set aside a chunk of your life to get the work finished. Imperial is very busy and getting your car finished in quick order is not their priority.
Bottom line, if you can wait, get your work done here. If you have a schedule, find someone else.

This is the first time I have used this co and I was pleasantly surprised. Every one was very friendly professional and helpful. The quality of work was excellent. They explained what they were doing. They cleaned up after and left the area spotless. And as a plus the bill was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

They were so accommodating both in price and service, I don't think I could have done better any other place. While they are located a bit out of the way, it's well worth the effort to seek them out.
