The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

Ive never liked campgrounds until Grand Oaks! It is more of a community where everyone helps everyone. Beautiful place and the guy who keeps care, .....never been in a cleaner place, everything spotless...someone needs help...he is there Everyone needs to check this place out!!!!! Great location staff makes me smile all the time super nice people. Love the 24hour access and security. Highly recommend but they are full most of the time. So plan ahead they have 2 stores in Burlington but this is the one i wanted even if i had to wait ,other location had lots of units available

As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.

Love this pet store..great customer service .
My pup is a very picky eater so Brad was very helpful with ordering in the food my pup enjoys..no extra charge.
They also have a very knowledgeable staff who are true animal lovers and listen and guide you thru the concerns you have with a new puppy.
The store is well stocked and if not in store Brad always opens the catolouge to get you exactly what your looking for..

He was very honest and upfront and answered all my questions or concerns I had regarding the vehicle. He did not pressure me at any point to purchase to vehicle.
