I have used the staff of this company as my primary caregiver, on a daily basis, for several years. This care is delivered in a gentle,cheerful, efficient manner, on time and by the person I was expecting. If an emergency arises, my caregiver can be reached quickly by cell phone. I have no qualms about recommending "Platinum Home Care Services" as your caregiver.

I have a privately owned canned pop machine which broke down. I called this company and they came over and fixed the compressor. Great service and speedy repair at a very reasonable price. The staff are quite busy so be patient for the service call.

The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. I phoned Charleswood Towing on a Sunday to see if they would come to my house on Monday to obtain a new battery and replace the old one. Mike agreed to it. They showed up Monday morning, removed the old battery and went and purchased a new one. They returned and put in the new battery. The two guys were friendly and very efficient. They charged a really good price as well. I would absolutely use Charleswood Towing in the future.
