I've always found the staff very knowledgeable and ready to help they keep you on the computer system to make things easier. I love using Bio Guard and have never ever had problems. My pool is exceptional as well as my hot tub. Being on the system makes it easier to assess my water quickly and give me my chemicals and recipe to balance the pool for my season. 20 ys of dealing here cant be wrong.

Customer service at D&D Pools is fantastic! We were having an issue with a leak, called D&D for advice, Dennis showed up at our door within 3 minutes as he was working around the corner. Dennis gave my husband great advice, and said to give him a call anytime. How great was that!! This is not the first time, last year we had a floating liner issue, D&D arrived same day, full crew, fixed the issue that day. WOW! and the bill was "very reasonable". 10/10 for us. Great guys, great service.
