Dr Moore is friendly and personable. I had all of my questions answered and did not feel that I was being rushed through. His staff are all friendly too. He also has strict Covid protocols in place, so you feel safe having an eye exam.

I am from Windsor Ontario but only shop through Tara At the Collingwood store. Amazing personality and makes the best of every interaction. When something is good, don’t change it. That’s why the Collingwood store gets my business. I have purchased several times through Tara and love each one of them. Never an issue. Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.
