I was actually searching to find a contact of who owns this McDonalds as I wanted to ensure they received this message. I went through the drive through around noon last Sunday Dec 2/18. And had the most outstanding service. Both staff that took my payment and that gave me my food had exceptional customer service !! The first time in a long time I have had an experience like that. I have been to this place numerous times over the last 9 years and I can tell you it just keeps getting better and better. The ambience is warm and sleek, with music that is unique to Zaika (they get their playlist specifically created for their restaurant). The food is FRESH and delicious, regardless of whether you do the buffet or menu. Staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the food and drink options. Keep it up Zaika! Lire plus

We went with a few family members. We ordered a variety of dishes and shared evereything. The food was wonderful and the drinks were great too. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone looking for somewhere nice to go. We found it to be fairly busy though so make sure to book reservations so you don't have to wait. We have recently been introduced to the Dinner Factory. We have used their “Take n’ Bake” service & most recently enjoyed “Shrimp with Peanuts & Pasta”, “Pulled Pork” & the “Deliciously Delicious Lasagna”. The detailed cooking instructions included with each entrée were easy to follow. The quality of the meals was superb, variety of flavours outstanding & the portion sizes very generous.
