Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation. A while back, but wanted to tell my story. I had a WRX and two different repair shops had quoted me $2800 to replace my steering. Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!

They lived up to their moto..limped in late with a leaking water pump on way to Alberta & pulling a trailer..went in next morning and owner was willing to take the job on no notice..got truck back early afternoon even though they were short handed and they found a further repair that was likely the cause of seal failure..price was reasonable for a professional job and they called first before proceeding with extra repair..got back ok with no further issues. I would recommend Hanson's

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.
