Fix Auto Rexdale is by far the best body shop in Toronto. They did everything in their power to accommodate me and make sure that I got my car back to me! Anna, who works the front desk, was in constant communication with me through phone and e-mail with updates. She was an absolute pleasure. Brian, who was the magician behind the entire process. Highly experienced BMW mechanics. Very reliable and honest and you dont feel like your being given the run around. Answered all my questions with detailed answers and a smile. They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better. Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
