I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. Overall was the best car buying experience i’ve had.

I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. Bought oil, filters, apparel and helmet parts. All the staff I encountered were more than happy to help.
