I had a great experince at R&S Auto. I brought my Acura TLX here and the service was fantastic. I had an issue with my suspension and they sent me a clear inspection showing me pictures and videos which was very cool. 2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered. Recently I had borrowed my fujifilm xp50 camera to my godmother, she was going on one last trip to Vancouver BC as she was dying from cancer and wanted to do one last trip.
on her way back from her trip, she passed away before I had a chance to see her and I was only able to locate the camera but not the charger.
I contacted fujifilm and they were willing to send me a charger free of any charge, this gesture means a lot to me and shows how well this company treats customers. Amazing service

Just had my Honda Civic in for service today, I was very reluctant because I didn't know the auto body shop, but I was amazed at the total experience. They resolved the problem and did a complete inspection of the car, and they didn't suggest any suspicious repairs. The final price was very fair based upon then time spent diagnosing. The staff was very friendly, offered me coffee and conversation as I waited. I will use them in the future.
