The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a LOT of beer recipes. So far, we have done 3 wines and 2 batches of beer - all were great! We haven't tried the ciders or a cooler yet but I'm sure we will when the weather warms up a bit. Awesome local business making great craft beer. Excellent value for the money.

The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. We had a flat tire, took it to Mr. Lube + Tires at 664 Commissioner Rd E. in London, Ontario. The manager, Ken, sorted it out for us and refused to charge us, saying it was just a small job (checking the tire and re-seating it onto the rim). All in only 15 minutes. we'd recommend this Mr. Lube + Tires to anyone, unreservedly.
