He fixed everything in less than a day and when I got back to Toronto and I looked at the bill I noticed he didn't charge me for plugging up a leaking tire. He also inspired confidence. Since I had three unrelated problems pop up all at once I needed a little reassurance. Can't say enough.

I had a well pump failure at 1.30pm yesterday. Thanks to C&N a new pump was installed and water was back flowing before 5pm! Great job! This was the fourth time that I have used C&N over the last 20 years, and I have always been very impressed with their response time, work quality, and professionalism. I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest; I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks everybody!

He is personable, a great listener, and able to provide real examples of ways others might deal with the same issues. But he is transitioning to retirement, so may not accept new clients - conceivably his colleagues in the same office are equally skilled.
