Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.

A good authentic place to go if you are in the mood for Indian food. Our server was perfectly attentive to our needs (didn't come around too much or too little). They have a combo dinner for two that includes an assortment of the dishes my wife and I enjoy the most (butter chicken, lamb dish, vegetable dish, tandoori chicken, naan and rice, and even Indian desserts). 40 bucks for both of us! We were stuffed and really enjoyed the meal. We will definetely be back!

Great selecton. Not to pushy, helpful sales rep. Thanks! We went in to buy a sectional. Reps work with IPAD now so they can tell you right on the spot if they have something in stock which is cool.

2 stk sands, the stk was cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy. Stacked with fries, onion rings & a Caesar, it was one of the best I've ever tasted.
It was a Wed so the special was 2 diff kinds of prawns; they were delicious. Breaded perfectly, melted in your mouth. Calamari & tzatziki great & the calamari was soft with fantastic flavour.
The staff was friendly, the beer was cold and the pub was very nice. I've eaten at 5 star restaurants that can't compare to Mickie's Pub.

Keil at the Enterprise location in Kelowna gave incredible customer service. Although he was in the paint section he totally up sold us in the plant section with his knowledge and love of plants. Good bike shop. Brought my bike in for some repairs as a result of getting a flat and riding out on my rim after the Kettle Valley Trail. I thought I would need a new rim...but repair guy told me it was fine. Got a couple of new tires at a decent price. Good honest service

This is a restaurant that a friend thought I had to try. Interestingly, their friend introduced them, and that friend had a friend that brought them to the restaurant. So word of mouth is huge here! It looks like a little hole in the wall, but wow, they have great food. We often go to Vancouver and Seattle for Szechuan and other Chinese dishes, most of which I have been able to copy, but this restaurant stumps me and keeps me coming back for their complex and delicious dishes.
My husband and I love their hot central Vietnamese soup (#46 on the menu) with extra veggies. We like it hot, but you can get it mild or medium. Be prepared to sniffle through this soup because its a sinus opener..
Another of my favorite dishes is their spicy saute #21...be sure to call it spicy saute or it will be a completely different dish. This dish is packed with vegetables, beef, and cashews in a dreamy, fragrant, and earthy saute sauce to die for. Amazing dish!
Also try their hotpots or sizzling dishes that come out on searing hot cast iron pots. The flavors of these wonderfully seasoned pots really come out in these delicious stir fries.

The best naan I've every had, and I've eaten in many Indian restaurants in Toronto and Victoria, and in New Delhi.
Service was great, the manager was polite and helpful, and the vegetarian lunch special was excellent.

By far the best beds in the Okanagan. Geoff and Carling are an amazing father and daughter team. They know their products, materials and pricing. They gave me all the info I needed to buy the perfect bed for my wife and I. So many options for healthy and environmentally concious people. I highly recommend them to all my friends. Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!
