Nancy is the best. She gives insanely cheap hair cuts. She’s a perfectionist with colour. She is very skilled with blow outs and flat ironing unruly curly hair. She offers the Olaplex in salon treatment at a competitive price. I’ve never been disappointed after leaving her chair.

Michelle was very professional, punctual and affordable in comparison. I've been to several ladies for electrolysis and Michelle is definitely one of the best. She is very quick and thorough. There was no bruising or bad reactions afterwards. I recommend her profusely.

The two words that everyone wants to hear when referring to laser hair treatment…."IT WORKS". After reading countless reviews on several websites and hearing sceptical results, I decided to give laser hair removal a try, anything has to be better then a brazilian right??
I choose Elan Beauty because after shopping around with free consultations, Tammy was the only one who seemed down to earth, realistic, and honest. She didn't make any false claims or promises.
I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to write about my entirely positive experience with Elan Beauty. After only four treatments of laser hair removal, I am hair free! All gone! Amazing !
Tammy and her team are very knowledgeable and educated me very truthfully on what to expect. They made me feel very relaxed and well taken care of before, during, and after the treatments. The salon is clean, has other great products to offer, and has an easy online booking system that I found very convenient. Other salons make false promises, charge twice as much, and are not nearly as friendly as Elan. Stop searching, choose this salon, and get an effective treatment that will leave you as happy as I am !
I have also had waxing and electrolysis done here and would highly recommend them these treatments as well.

They make me feel so welcome. They are friendly yet professional. There is one lady in particular, Usha, who is really wonderful. I highly recommend this salon !!!!!!!

I have never made an appointment and I have never waited more than 10 minutes to get a haircut. Been going there for 10 years. I don’t always get the same hair stylist but the cut is always excellent and the staff are really nice and professional. I highly recommend Hair Mates.

I have been a customer here for approx 5 years. The staff takes the time to know the customers and learn about what they like. When i walk into House of Russell, I feel like family. They remember what hair style I like and know how to treat me. All of the hair dressers are experienced but keep very up to date on modern hair styles. I would recommend House of Russell to anyone who wants the service and attention of a high class salon without the high price. My wife guided me to Haircats as an excellent place to get my hair cut after her long time stylist, Anna, rented out one of the chairs there. Wow was she ever right! Anna cuts my hair as is she has been cutting it for the last 20 years. I've never had a stylist who has been able to know what to do to that will work with my hair so well. If Anna is not available it seems like all of the other stylists at this shop are a friendly group and the way the shop bustles almost all the time there seems to be a good amount of repeat clientele...always a good sign. They also offer a good selection of products and use those products in the salon as well. What's more the walls are ever changing with a rotating exhibition of art from local artists. If you see something you really like you can even buy it! Located near the corner of Broadway and MacDonald Haircats is centrally located and easy to get to or pop into as you stroll the shops of Broadway in Kits. If you are looking for a wonderful place to get your hair cut and styled Haircats is a great place to go!

Got a great hair cut here! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The owner Firas cut my hair, and did a great job. I will definitely be coming back. This is the best hair salon in Burnaby that I've been to hands down! Prices are very fair as well.

Laurie Robyn, Richmond hair stylist, recently did my husband's and my hair. The cuts were stylish and she did what we asked. My color was done correctly, no reds that don't belong on my brown hair. The salon was friendly, easy parking and we could avoid traffic because of its location at Blundell and Garden City. She is also very flexible with booking a time. My husband liked his haircut. I would recommend this shop and Laurie for a quality hair color and cut.

Just recently found this beautiful salon, Olfa was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a previous bleach out done that was very badly done. She looked at my hair throughout and explained everything. We did a full color-correction and she explained every little step and detail with ensuring me that no damage will be done. She also did this quickly under 5 hours!!!!
She got my hair to what I’ve always dreamed of!!! White Blonde !
