I have been going to this clinic for 7 years for myself and my 2 kids. The staff is amazing and Dr Sandhu is very gentle and kind. He knows his stuff and explains it well before doing anything. I’ve taken classes at Unleashed this past year and found the instruction to be excellent. Angela breaks down movement into very specific details so that you can understand where the movement is coming from. She is also very aware of how to help you avoid injury. Classes are fun and have a great consistency with enough repetition to help you retain what you’ve learned!

I have been at Signature Park for 6 years and am still amazed at all the activities and friendships we are involved in. We have golf putting outside in the summer and during the winter we have 18+ people putting in our Games Room every other Friday. Curling also brings a lot of cheering or jeer in fun. It is such a pleasant atmosphere with the staff joining in from time to time. Don't leave coming in until after you can enjoy the fun and friendships.
