Due to an accident that "wrote off" my previous vehicle I was forced to look for a new vehicle. After narrowing the search to 3 SUV's we visited the dealerships. We met Mark Rupoli at MacMaster - after a test drive and getting our questions answered we decided that the 2010 Equinox was the vehicle we wanted. They were in high demand. The dealership went to great lengths to assist us while we waited for our vehicle to come in. We were very grateful.
We have now had the vehicle for approx 6 months. I LOVE IT.
I almost look forward to my "oil changes" as I can enjoy a complimentary coffee, order breakfast/lunch and even work on my lap top in the "Corvette Cafe".

This is the first place I take my car for everything. Great, prompt, friendly service, always priced fairly. Last time I was there, they could have easily charged $300 for a new part I needed, but instead went out of their way to get one from the dealer using the recently expired warranty. Wonderful customer service!!!
I called 4 auto glass companies in the city, and Nu-Tech had the best price by far, and got the job done in the shortest period of time.
When they replaced the windshield, they found that last time I had an oil change, the oil change garage forgot to put the cap back on - my engine was covered in oil and my engine could seize at any point. They offered a ride home, or to go buy me more oil before driving.
Everyone was so kind. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
