Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again.

We really appreciated the speed Max Naseh was able to visit our home to determine the problem with our Samsung washing machine, pick-up the part and quickly install it the very next day. Great service, we will certainly be giving out the company name and telephone number in the future to our family and friends!

The Madison and the staff have been outstanding with my dad especially through Covid times. I can’t say enough good things about them or the place. Stong's is another example of what a grocery store should be. Mostly food, lots of quality produce and fresh bakery and butcher selection and great service. I gather at one time there were several of these stores in the Lower Mainland and this store is the last of their kind. Thank goodness. A great place to buy all kinds of staples and also some hard to find items that aren't carried at major chains. Stong's is what the neighbourhood supermarket should be and their constant stream of customers is a testament to the quality and excellent customer service on offer.

I've been buy my glasses from them since 2003. I know the original owner as I sold computers to him. The current owner is Wayne and he is very knowledgeable about eye wear. They sell both regular glasses as well as contact lens. They don't rush me and explains clearly to me the options I've and the advantage/disadvantage of each choice. I live in Vancouver and tried the optician near me. It constantly broke, they gave me a refund and I went back to Wayne. I learn my mistake and switched back.

I have been going here for years, in fact, before it opened as I have been using Manuel for maybe 15+ years. Except for the only one time when I went too short I have left with always great hair. I do not need to look at the back to make sure he did a good job. I have always had compliments about my haircuts. I held off highlights for a long time and now addicted and love the look and leave it in his capable hands to change up the hair style once in a while.
