I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

I've been coming to these guys for over a decade and they never once overcharged me. Most reliable and best prices and they give you option of parts from cheapest to most expensive and you choose your parts or bring them. Rates are $65 per hour half as much as your average mechanic and if you drive a Toyota Camry or Chevy Impala your problems can be resolved in a matter of minutes guaranteed. I will always come to these guys even if I lived somewhere in a far far away land.

Got an alignment done on my 86 c10 which is pretty primitive and out of date compared to the steering systems on today’s cars. I often have a hard time finding mechanics that will even touch my truck because of the age and complete lack of computers. But they were still able to order all the parts and do a great alignment.
