Absolutely Above and Beyond. I have tremendous gratitude to this company and team. All in all, they are professional and efficient. Dustin went above and beyond and got the results the same day for me. The estimate for work to be completed was very fair for the work this company does (where they clearly prioritize safety and customer service), and all deadlines were met with no surprises about timeline or the final price. I drove 3 hours to bring my dog for surgery due to a recommendation. I was definitely not disappointed! Dr.Toms initial consultation was excellent and he made sure the surgery getting performed was needed and also the correct surgery. I was kept informed throughout the day and when I picked him up Dr.Tom made sure that I had everything I needed and explained what he had done and what to do and watch for in the future. And at the end of it all the bill was $1200.00 less than expected! Great vet!
