I have used Friends Auto for all my auto repair needs for three years. Over these three years I have needed them for a variety of repairs: A/C actuator replacement, O2 sensors, brakes, new plugs, and moonroof motor replacement.

Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. Brought my vehicle in at the behest of my insurer. I thought appraiser was friendly, and as I had issues w/ a previous body shop and seeing as my insurer trusted First Canadian i thought to leave it w/ them. I couldn't have hoped for more. I needed my front fender and hood fixed and they did a fantastic job. It not only looks good as new, but they finished it w/in schedule (amazing, I know)! :)
