I have been banking at the Royal Bank for nearly six years now and I am usually very impressed by their service. The lines are short and there's enough tellers to help people quickly. They're friendly and if I am waiting for my appointment, employees will ensure that I've been helped. For all my basic banking needs, I find this bank exceeds my expectations.
My only two complaints would be that sometimes the staff can be friendly to the point of overstepping their bounds (e.g. when I was 17, I didn't feel it was necessary for me to explain why I was not in school) and I don't like having to pay $4/month for my bank account. An employee did try to assist me in getting rid of the monthly fee, but it didn't work.

Rayco just replaced our 22 year old HVAC System with a stellar new Heat Pump and Natural Gas furnace. We are over the moon happy with this fabulous installation. Just driving by when Randy noticed that we were missing two shingles and that the wood underneath was exposed. He then pointed it out to us and sure enough, we were. He offered to replace the two missing shingles and it was super cheap. The whole situation was really random but amazing.
The roof wasnt in horrible shape. Just missing two shingles from the last windstorm. We werent scammed into replacing the whole thing. He called exactly what it needed and fixed just that.

REDWAL TREE SERVICE did an excellent job removing several high risk trees, beside a house, fence and shed. Very conscientious about their work. Scott climbs the trees using ropes and safety lines, and looks very comfortable doing his work. Very impressive to watch this Professional Arborist at work !
I checked his website photos, looks like he can do it all !
And, they do a great clean up job when done. I highly recommend Scott at REDWAL TREE SERVICE!

The crew were friendly, and polite, and went to my neighbours to ensure they knew any cleanup of shingles and nails would be done, and it was fastidiously. They were great. Jay made a suggestion regarding the change in colour of shingles from what we had, and I was unsure, but after it was done I was more than pleased.

I am so happy we found Dr.Chiang and his staff, they make my children and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. My children now love to go to the dentist to see Dr.Chiang. I like how Dr.Chiang understand my children are not going to be perfect robots and sit in the dental chair without asking 100 questions. He is patient and kind to my children and always answers my kids questions (no matter how ridiculous they are). He understands kids are kids.

Drove from brampton to a dinosaur drive thru park in peterborough and after stopping at a store car wouldnt start eneded up going to Peterborough auto maintenance & repair and the staff was super nice and he really helped me out. Added oil to my car, was completely out of oil!!! Really Professional and honest. Would recommand this place. I will never forget the service from the kind mechanics over at this place. Absolutely amazing service! Dr. Paquin was the best, and made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. The front desk staff was very accommodating & nice to speak to. Because I had such an amazing first experience here, I will not go anywhere else for services for my dog & cat as I know their service level is top. Cannot say enough good things about this establishment and the people that work there. I know my animals will receive the best care there and that gives me peace of mind!
