Folks, we had the opportunity to have one of your technicians, Jeff, call at our apartment at 65 Lillian, in Toronto. Not only was he punctual, and very neat, he explained what he was doing and why. It sure was comforting to have such a skilled individual help us understand what is happening with our system. Thank you to a true professional.

Amazing doctor!!! He has great bedside manner, great with children, cares about his patients and very knowledgeable. I trust him very much. If you are looking for a doctor, I'd highly recommend him. Wait times aren't bad at all and each time I have called in to see Dr. O, there has never been any problem and he always makes himself available. I also adore his secretary, Alex - she is friendly and helpful.
