Our experience with the guys at Summit Flooring has been outstanding. From the beginning when we started researching the possibility of hardwood floors, right through to the completion of installation, we have had unequalled customer service. Our salesman Sheldon was knowlegeable, honest and full of sound advice. He spent literally hours working with us, ensuring that we got the floor we wanted, at a price we could afford. Our installer Mike, whose services were arranged through Summit, as well as being a great guy, was experienced, meticulous, punctual, and customer focused. The hardwood flooring itself exceeded our expectations, as did everything else. The project was completed on time and on budget! I was actually searching to find a contact of who owns this McDonalds as I wanted to ensure they received this message. I went through the drive through around noon last Sunday Dec 2/18. And had the most outstanding service. Both staff that took my payment and that gave me my food had exceptional customer service !! The first time in a long time I have had an experience like that.
